H2H was established in september 2000 by Tom Andreassen. Tom been working with projects in Romania and visit the country more than 100 times since 1995. Tom also worked with projects in Albania, Ukraine, Tanzania, Sudan and Kenya. Together with Tom also Lena Sandes work in H2H Norway. Lena is educated in social work, health care and child protection and also been in Romania during her studies. Lena and Tom work together also in a institution for youngsters in Norway. They have a very good experience in social work like; drug addicted people, anger management (ART), children and youngsters with behavior problems, psychiatry etc. 

In the beginning of 2009 we started a cooperation with Sweden. The swedish part of H2H work with projects in India. Fidde and Åsa Rognås have the last years helped a children home in Delhi. 

H2H is an organization who is run on voluntary base. No one get payed for the work they do so all donations is going directly to projects 

H2H´s income in coming from cultural arrangements, sponsors and donations .
