H2H was established in september 2000 by Tom Andreassen. Tom been working with projects in Romania and visit the country more than 100 times since 1995. Tom also worked with projects in Albania, Ukraine, Tanzania, Sudan and Kenya. Together with Tom also Lena Sandes work in H2H Norway. Lena is educated in social work, health care and child protection and also been in Romania during her studies. Lena and Tom work together also in a institution for youngsters in Norway. They have a very good experience in social work like; drug addicted people, anger management (ART), children and youngsters with behavior problems, psychiatry etc.
In the beginning of 2009 H2H Sweden was established after initiative from Morgan Berg in Strømstad. Morgan started up H2H Sweden together with Ulrika Reinholdson and Fidde and Åsa Rognås. Fidde and Åsa have been working with a project for children-homes in India during the last years. it is natural to also put this project under the H2H umbrella now. Also the Swedish team have very good social experience.
H2H Norway and H2H Sweden is two organizations who is run on voluntary base. No one get payed for the work they do so all donations is going directly to projects
