The Hand2Hand photo group – a fantastic spring and an exciting autumn ahead
The Hand2Hand photo group can look back on a fantastic spring season filled with experiences, community, creativity and plenty of photo joy. Through the spring, the group has taken part in many exciting activities and documented moments that have given both great pictures and good memories.
Among the highlights have been photographing the Queen Show with Åge Sten Nilsen, as well as Wig Wam at Rockefeller. This has given participants the chance to try concert photography and experience how exciting it is to be close to the artists, the audience and the atmosphere around the events.
There has also been time for a wonderful boat trip with MS Brekke, in addition to a number of other outings through the spring. The cameras have come along, and participants have practised everything from nature and landscape photography to people, environments and spontaneous moments.
But the photo group is about far more than just photography. It is about meeting, being together, experiencing new things and creating a safe social community. Through the activities, participants get the chance to develop, be creative and experience a sense of mastery.
Summer is almost over, and the photo group is already planning the autumn season. There will be new outings, exciting photo assignments and hopefully many new experiences with the camera on the shoulder.
We look forward to a new season of photo joy, friendship, experiences and good stories!
We thank Sparebank1Stiftelsen in Halden for supporting the project.
