Christmas gift — not a given for everyone

'Letters to Santa' is an initiative for children who usually don't receive Christmas gifts. This year, we once again collected hundreds of gifts for children in Romania who would otherwise have gone without.

Through the initiative, children write a letter with their wish, and volunteers in Norway purchase and wrap gifts that are sent to Romania in time for Christmas. This year we received over 400 wish lists, and thanks to the incredible efforts of our volunteers and generous donors, we managed to fulfill every single wish.

For many of these children, this is the only Christmas gift they receive. It's not just about toys and clothes — it's about being seen, about knowing that someone cares. Thank you to everyone who helped make Christmas a little brighter for children who need it most.
